PATTI FAULKNER

PRINCIPAL

Patti is the principal of marketing for AOR. In this role, she leads both the brand of AOR and consults on the client level as it relates to market positioning, strategy and opportunities, customer engagement, branding and placemaking. 


Over the course of two decades, she has marketed and branded well over 80 million square feet of commercial properties, 16,000 residential units, 15 master planned communities, 22 multi-family projects, 4 million square feet of retail, and the launch of a national homebuilder.


Patti has served the real estate industry in many capacities. As Chief Marketing Officer for real a national real estate office operator-owner. She was the outsourced marketing department for a national real estate developer operating in 7 states across the U.S. And, she has also led the traditional agency relationship with numerous home builders, brokers and mixed-use developers in Colorado, California, Florida, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, and Washington. The diversity of her background has allowed her to create quite an impressive portfolio and range of experience throughout all sectors of the real estate market.


Before running Premise, Ms. Faulkner was the National Director of Creative Services for Catellus Development Corporation for seven years responsible for branding and marketing of the publicly-traded company and its 44 million square foot portfolio. She marketed several of the nation’s largest redevelopment projects some during their initial entitlement phase and many through completed development phases. These projects included Mission Bay in San Francisco, Los Angeles Union Station, Alameda FISC, Santa Fe Place (14 acres in downtown San Diego), and the entitlement phase of Meuller in Austin until 2004.
